bio NICCOLE CARNER has always been deeply involved in theatre and loves every aspect of it. Most recently, Niccole made her Shakespearean debut by portraying Queen Gertrude in Colorado State University’s production of Hamlet. In the 2005-2006 season, she made her OpenStage Theatre debut as Sylvia in Rasputin and as a dancing stagehand in The Solid Gold Cadillac. Niccole also appeared as the teacher in CSU’s production of Every Good Boy Deserves Favour in 2005. Some of her favorite roles over the years include Katisha in The Mikado, the Baker’s Wife in Into the Woods, Adelaide in Guys and Dolls and Woman One in Samuel Beckett’s Play. Niccole served as the assistant director and stage manager for Bas Bleu Theatre’s Life X3 and the assistant director for openstage etc’s Swimming in the Shallows. She is currently a junior at Colorado State University majoring in English literature and biology and hopes to become a literature professor of Shakespeare and the Romantic poets. |
