Each of the six productions of OpenStage Theatre's regular season are supported by two
Producers Circle Sponsors: one Producing Sponsor donates to the production at the $3,000
level and one Supporting Sponsor gives to the production at the $1,500 level.
Advertising Exposure
- Each Producing and Supporting Sponsor's name and logo is prominently displayed in the
season brochure in association with their selected production. Season brochures are
distributed to 20,000 individuals, organizations and businesses through direct mailings
and year-round tabletop and point of sale displays.
- Producing and Supporting Sponsor logos are printed on production posters for their
selected production, with 300 posters distributed throughout Fort Collins, Loveland,
Greeley, Longmont, Estes Park and Cheyenne.
- Producing and Supporting Sponsor logos are printed on direct mail postcards for their
selection production, which are mailed to 5,000 individuals throughout Colorado and
the surrounding region, with primary focus on Northern Colorado.
- Producing and Supporting Sponsors are acknowledged in over 200 press releases and public
service announcements for their selected production.
- Producing and Supporting Sponsor logos are prominently displayed on the playbill
cover of their selected production and a short paragraph on each sponsor is printed inside
the playbill for their selected production. In addition, Producing and Supporting Sponsor
logos are printed inside each of the other playbills for the entire season.
- The Producing and Supporting Sponsors are acknowledged in the curtain warming
announcement from the stage prior to each performance of their selected production.
- All Producing and Supporting Sponsors receive a patron listing in the playbill for
the entire season and are recognized as primary sponsors in information distributed to other
funding sources.
- All Producing and Supporting Sponsor logos are displayed on the OpenStage Theatre
website in association with their selected production.
A Special Performance for Producing Sponsors
- The Producing Sponsor is given the full house (220 tickets) for its exclusive use on
the opening Friday of its selected production. This Producing Sponsor performance is a
unique opportunity to pursue public relations objectives. Tickets can be distributed as
appreciation or incentives to employees, vendors and clients; as a means of networking
with industry peers or potential customers; donated to a local charity for a fundraising
event; or just to celebrate!
- If requested, OpenStage Theatre will work with the Producing Sponsor to accommodate
reception or banquet plans in order to assure the best public relations advantage for
a truly tailor-made event.
A Ticket Bonus for Supporting Sponsors
- The Supporting Sponsor receives 100 complimentary tickets, each good for one admission
to any season production.

OpenStage Theatre could not afford to produce the prize-winning shows
our audiences have come to expect without the invaluable donations of
our Patrons. The cost of tickets accounts for only a fraction of the
total expense of our excellent and entertaining theatrical productions.
In fact, if OpenStage Theatre were to modestly cover the real expense
of productions and administration through ticket revenue alone,
individual tickets would cost over $100 each!
