DUANE SAWYER is an OpenStage Company Member and has performed in numerous productions with the Theatre, most recently in The Crucible, Superior Donuts, Moonlight and Magnolias, The Rocky Horror Show, Amadeus and As You Like It, and received the OpenStage OPUS Award for Outstanding Actor in a Supporting Role for his performance in Laughter on the 23rd Floor. He also appeared with Moon Theatre in The Father of the Bride and with The Acting Company in The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) and as Felix in The Odd Couple, among others. Duane has designed numerous posters for OpenStage, including Jacob Marley's Christmas Carol, Little Shop of Horrors and Flaming Guns of the Purple Sage. He directed OpenStage Etcetera’s The Shape of Things and The Harvey Project (world premiere), and is the recipient of the prestigious OpenStage Founders' Award for his outstanding contributions to the Company. He graduated from CSU with a degree in Graphic Design and devotes his time when off-stage to being a professional artist and owner of Eon Studio, Inc., a screen-printing and design firm.
