ABIGAIL SIMPSON hails from Branson Missouri and studied Scenic Design at Stephens College in Columbia Missouri, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Arts. Aside from theatre, she has been involved with the True/False and Citizen Jane Film Fests as a Venue Designer and on several film projects. One of the most interesting jobs for Abby was working as a set dresser/fake blood cleaner on the horror film You're Next. She has worked with OpenStage Theatre as the Set Designer and Scenic Painter for Bright Ideas and The Servant of Two Masters and as the Scenic Painter for Unnecessary Farce, Superior Donuts and August: Osage County. You can find her outside the theatre designing at Darvier Custom Jewelry and at home taking care of her four ducks.
