TONI ALEXANDER has worked extensively with OpenStage Theatre as a Lighting Designer, Assistant Director and Stage Manager for numerous productions since 2000. Lighting Design highlights include Men on Boats, Avenue Q, Spamalot, King Lear, The Glass Menagerie, Little Shop of Horrors, The Arabian Nights, The Threepenny Opera, and A Bright Room Called Day. Toni has received several OpenStage OPUS Awards for Outstanding Lighting Design among those productions. With OpenStage etcetera, Toni has designed lights for many shows like The Maiden's Prayer, Boy Gets Girl, and The Weir. Toni made her directorial debut with the etcetera production of Raised in Captivity and directed its production of Desperate Affection. They have also worked with Bas Bleu Theatre as a Technical Coordinator, Production Manager, Lighting Designer, Stage Manager and Assistant Director, and with Fort Collins Children's Theatre as a Technical Director, Set Designer, and Lighting Designer. Currently Toni is pursuing a degree in architecture hoping to design spaces and light for everyday life.
