Greg has been involved with OpenStage, both onstage and behind-the-scenes, since 1978. He has appeared in numerous productions with OpenStage Theatre, most recently in La Bête, Journey to the West, Moonlight and Magnolias and past summer productions of The Three Musketeers, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Scapin and The Taming of The Shrew. He received the OpenStage OPUS Award for a Best Actor for The Rimers of Eldrich, has performed in numerous in OpenStage etcetera productions and also performed with Rabbit Hole Radio Theatre. He has appeared with Bas Bleu Theatre in Elephant’s Graveyard, That Championship Season, The Elephant Man, The Scarlet Letterand Coyote on a Fence; with Loveland Acting Company as Oscar in The Odd Couple; and with Encore! Encore! in The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940. In addition, Greg has served as sound designer, stage manager, assistant director and master carpenter for OpenStage Theatre. He received the 2013 OpenStage Founders' Award, which is presented annually to an individual who has made extensive contributions to the Company. He was not trained. In anything. At all. Ever. Except he did learn to fly.
