JAN BUECHER received her start in theater in the late 90's with the Stampede Troupe's productions of Wait Until Dark. She later found a home in the prop shop at the University of Northern Colorado. Her first design with OpenStage Theatre was for the 2011 production of The Rocky Horror Show (OpenStage OPUS Award, Outstanding Properties Design and Set Dressing). She went on to design The Rocky Horror Show in 2012 and also designed OpenStage's productions of Spamalot, Othello, Noises Off, Rent (OPUS Award), and Spring Awakening, most recently completing Cabaret. Jan has also designed for the Candlelight Dinner Playhouse and for Bas Bleu Theatre. She looks forward to working on more productions with OpenStage Theatre.
