KIMBER FREETONE HOVEN is excited to be performing with OpenStage Theatre for the first time. He has been studying acting and writing with Nick Turner at La-De-Da for three years, performing in several one acts and scenes. Kimber will also be directing a scene for this summer's upcoming Fort Collins Fringe Festival. In addition to collaborating with friends on several independent movies, Kimber appeared as the Young Joe Panda in the 2013 locally-produced, full-length feature film, Whensday. Kimber's true passion is for music. He studies guitar, mandolin, banjo, violin and harmonica and he plays guitar in the local rock and roll band, Syrup, with several other gangly teenagers. He helped design the sound track for this production of Romeo and Juliet and his interest in music and Civil War history encouraged him to audition for the show. In time, Kimber hopes to become Master of All Living Things, or at least a paid musician. Enjoy the Show.
