KRISTEN EMEOLA is elated to return to the stage after a decade-long absence, and grateful to make her Fort Collins debut with OpenStage Theatre. Kristen began acting at age twelve, performing in community theatre, regional theatre, choral groups and cabaret. She studied theatre in college, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama from the University of North Carolina at Asheville in 2001. Some of Kristen’s favorite roles include Naomi in Naomi in the Living Room, Amy Lee in Laundry and Bourbon, Joy in The Yellow Boat, Mary Magdalene in Jesus Christ Superstar, The Baker's Wife in Into the Woods and Mary Jane in Big River. Kristen is honored to work with such a talented cast and crew and gifted director. She extends enormous thanks to the OpenStage community for welcoming her into their world!
