Congratulations to our Henry Award winners! The lovely Rebecca Spafford took home a Henry July 22ng for her Outstanding Costume Design in OpenStage's production of 'The Crucible', while Brian Miller took home a Henry for Outstanding Lighting Design for the same show! Congratulations to you both and thanks for making OpenStage look SO good!

Another congratulations to all of our nominees: Outstanding Scenic Design and Outstanding Sound Design for Peter Anthony on “The Crucible”, and Outstanding New Play or Musical for “The Three Musketeers” by Richard Strahlee.

Finally, a HUGE congratulations to our friend and colleague, Wendy Ishii of Bas Bleu Theatre on receiving the Life-Time Achievement Award! You deserve it!

OpenStage Theatre and Company made Colorado history July 17, 2017 by taking home the highest honor from the Colorado Theatre Guild, Outstanding Season. This was the first  and only time that a theatre in Northern Colorado has won the honor.

OpenStage Theatre also received 2017 Henry Awards for Outstanding Actor for Steven P. Sickles’ performance in “La Bete,” Outstanding Actress for Sydney Parks Smith’s performance in “August: Osage County” and Outstanding Director for Dulcie Willis’ directorial work on “August: Osage County”.
